RecommendedThe best part of Core Balance is of corse the people! My therapist,Ashley, was the absolute best! She is brilliant at assessing what needs to be done, she gently but firmly pushes you to better health & strength. She has a plethora of exercise tricks up her sleeve. She was very encouraging and kind and attentive, always a good listener and an astute observer. Scott needs to be mentioned as well as he was always very professional, helpful and kind too. All in all a very positive experience, i highly recommend!!
Jay and his whole team are awesome! I have been treated by them frequently over the last seven years. I finally had back surgery and they helped me get so much stronger that I may not need them anymore! I highly recommend them for whatever your need for physical therapy may be!
