After not being in a gym for 2 years, i finally decided to give Core9 Dee Why a chance. I have always had bad experiences with gyms and working out so I was apprehensive. I welcomed by Nathan with a smile on his face, ready to get me in gear. It’s been 5 weeks now and all the coaches I’ve had have been amazing. So attentive, always checking everyone’s form and so encouraging..and always up for a laugh throughout the class. Cannot recommend this gym enough :)

I recently joined Core 9 at Dee Why & they are always welcoming & encouraging. They meet you where you are on your fitness journey & cheer you on, they support you to do a workout that suits you, whatever you age or ability. It's so time efficient as you can start when you arrive & is only 31mins - I love the flexibility & that it's a different workout each day.
