I contracted with Shaun at CVPM to manage my house when I was out-of-state for three years. I was very pleased with his service and that he takes his company's name to heart. When a bigger maintenance action needed to be addressed, as the situation allowed, he would seek my preference for how to proceed because he knew I was coming back to live in this house. I was grateful that CVPM handled all the communications with the tenant, especially as problems occasionally arose.
