Honestly one of the best property management experiences I’ve had. We were tenants for several years, and the recent move-out process was seamless. The key turnover and refund process were entirely stress-free. Huge shoutout to Jordan, who was fantastic to work with. They even helped us retrieve and forward a package we accidentally shipped to our old address after we left. Professional, responsive, and highly recommended.
The customer service at this place was absolutely terrible. The agent was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She didn’t even bother to greet us. The first thing she said was, “You have two minutes, I need to leave,” as she yelled from the house. I asked if there was anyone else who could help us, but she said she was the only one available and she had a lot of showings scheduled. This place definitely needs to hire more people
CVPM has done a fantastic job managing our property over the past several years. They find the right balance of meeting both my needs and the tenants' needs. I've been very happy with communication, attention to detail, and overall work ethic of Shaun and his team.
There is a reason all the high star reviews come from property owners, not tenants. While they were responsive while we lived in the property (for the most part. Not always)the second we leave they pull shady practices and over-charge (based on the average in the area) for repairs (many of which were normal wear and tear after living there for four years) their move out instructions said to not complete. I scheduled a tour of a property with Shaun and I was not able to make it on time due to an accident on the highway. He was understanding and just asked to reschedule for another time. I rescheduled with Anais and she was very rude over the phone. She said I wasted their time and she is never late no matter what. She told me to be at the property by 12. If I wasn’t there by 12:15 she would cancel the appointment. I showed up to the property at 11:28am to wait. I parked in the unmarked parking spots because it is an apartment... read more
