Noel and the CORE team are top notch across every aspect of their business! From the initial phone call - I was amazed at how quickly I was able to speak with someone on the phone about our situation. Then to have a team mobilized later that day to begin cleanup of our sewer backup was incredible. The team did outstanding work and Noel was fantastic to work with - always honest and communicative throughout the process. This is absolutely the company you want working with you should you require their services.

I only have the best opinion of Noel and his team at Core. Noel's communication is beyond compare, always responding to calls and texts with detailed info to any of my questions. Never tries to upsell or pitch any service that was not needed. Noel and his team at Core Team are excellent. He came up with a better, more cost effective solution to basement moisture and mold problems than 2 other firms, and at a lower cost. They are professional, responsive, excellent workmanship, pleasant to have around and reliable. The nature of the work means they couldn't give us a cost for successive rounds of mold mediation work until they opened walls etc and knew the extent of the problems, which turned out to be moderate.
