Noel and the CORE team are top notch across every aspect of their business! From the initial phone call - I was amazed at how quickly I was able to speak with someone on the phone about our situation. Then to have a team mobilized later that day to begin cleanup of our sewer backup was incredible. The team did outstanding work and Noel was fantastic to work with - always honest and communicative throughout the process. This is absolutely the company you want working with you should you require their services.

If you need a reliable team, Noel is the one to call. We were facing a real crisis and paying out of pocket, which was stressful, but Noel handled everything with such empathy and care. He gave us a budget-friendly estimate, which was a huge relief after dealing with other companies that tried to overcharge us for unnecessary work. On top of his honesty, Noel was super responsive to messages and was able to start right away. Just an amazing, top-notch experience!

Noel and his team at Core Team are excellent. He came up with a better, more cost effective solution to basement moisture and mold problems than 2 other firms, and at a lower cost. The nature of the work means they couldn't give us a cost for successive rounds of mold mediation work until they opened walls etc and knew the extent of the problems, which turned out to be moderate. We were obviously committed to them by then, but... read more

Over President's Day weekend, a devastating wind storm brought down several large trees on our property, leaving us in a state of shock. We were incredibly fortunate to find Noel and the Core Team, a local disaster mitigation and remediation contractor whose service and expertise are truly unrivaled. I've worked with numerous contractors over the years, and they are, without a doubt, the best in class. From the moment I called, I knew we were in good hands. Noel arrived to inspect the damage that very morning, despite it be... read more

I only have the best opinion of Noel and his team at Core. Noel's communication is beyond compare, always responding to calls and texts with detailed info to any of my questions. Never tries to upsell or pitch any service that was not needed. I manage design & construction for a commercial real estate firm and have worked with countless contractors for my job on a daily basis, so I can vouch for Core Team as one of the best at what they do. I'm also more demanding and detailed with my requests on the work being done prop... read more
