There every step of the way, responsive and go out of the way to help you when you are dealing with an emergency situation. The owner Noel is a real mensch and anyone would be lucky to work with him and his great team.
Noel was very professional, knowledgeable and communicated to us the exact issue we were experiencing at our residence, finding the source of the water issue. We had a pipe burst on a Saturday night during the January freezing temps and it gushed water into our basement. Core was at our house almost immediately and was able to get it all cleaned up that night. They returned 2 mores times in the following next few days to check on everything. Incredible service and such wonderful people to work with in the state of an emergency!
The CORE team were incredible. We had a small leak in our basement and the first contractor that came to our house quoted thousands of dollars for remediation, which included tearing up our entire floor. We called Noel at CORE for a second opinion and he and his team used water and heat sensors to determine that the water had not reached the subfloor, so no remediation was needed! Can you imagine?
