Allison is amazing! She is so knowledgeable and her mind body connection has been a life changer. Doing this PT has helped me in so many areas of my life, even outside of what I went to her for. I recommend her to everyone I talk to.
Carrigan played such a positive role in my postpartum healing. She is so knowledgeable and great at what she does. We focused on c-section recovery, diastasis recti, and pelvic floor physical therapy. I feel stronger and more confident in using my core after going to her sessions.
Dr. Allison knows her stuff!! Easy to talk to, listens intently to my concerns and gives me all the tools in the toolbox. Pelvic floor is important for daily living and now I can do all the things with confidence and pain free. Can’t thank her enough.
I was drawn to Core Strong because of Dr. Allison's holistic, whole body approach to healing instead of just focusing on the pelvic floor.
