To be honest, I never knew that pelvic floor therapy was “a thing” until it was recommended by my urogynecologist but now I’m a huge proponent. My care at Core Strong has been first rate. Dr. I. is a great listener and makes sure I’m comfortable with every aspect of the therapy plan. She’s personable, knowledgeable, and professional, a great combination of qualities for a doctor. I highly recommend!

My experience at Core Strong has been amazing! I have gotten to work with Dr. Allison for my pelvic floor pain and low back pain and she has been an immense help. Carrigan played such a positive role in my postpartum healing. She is so knowledgeable and great at what she does. We focused on c-section recovery, diastasis recti, and pelvic floor physical therapy. I feel stronger and more confident in using my core after going to her sessions.
