My experience at Core Strong has been amazing! I have gotten to work with Dr. Allison for my pelvic floor pain and low back pain and she has been an immense help. After two sessions, I noticed a difference in symptoms! Dr. Allison takes time to look at root causes of pain— not just the symptoms. She is a very passionate and knowledgeable physical therapist. I would highly recommend anyone dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction to work with one of the therapists at Core Strong! Thank you Dr. Allison and team!

Carrigan played such a positive role in my postpartum healing. She is so knowledgeable and great at what she does. We focused on c-section recovery, diastasis recti, and pelvic floor physical therapy. I feel stronger and more confident in using my core after going to her sessions.
Dr. Allison knows her stuff!! Easy to talk to, listens intently to my concerns and gives me all the tools in the toolbox. Pelvic floor is important for daily living and now I can do all the things with confidence and pain free. Can’t thank her enough.
