Customer Service: I had to request and follow up multiple times on the same issue, which was frustrating and felt like very basic service was missing. Course: The content was very shallow. While the instructor was attentive, he didn’t inspire full confidence in his knowledge. It was also clear that the instructors was a contractor, not a Core employee, which showed in the delivery. For the price of the course, I expected much more—at the very least printed materials or a workbook, not just a PowerPoint presentation.
We've had 2 different trainings from Core Safety and both were excellent. The coordination for the trainings was thorough and the training sessions were professional, well organized, and extremely on point with the subject matter. Mike was an excellent trainer with a great attitude, tremendous amount of experience, and background knowledge.

I’ve worked at this company for the past year and they are excellent at what they do. The pay/perdiem is amazing, the office takes my calls and promptly helps me with any problems I have regarding payroll or email issues. My overseer checks in with me from time to time and genuinely cares. Anyone looking to travel and provide safety coverage should definitely give core safety a call.
