It has been an extreme displeasure dealing with this property management since they took over management of my building on 12/01/2025. Tenants beware. Since the transition, I have experienced repeated billing and account issues despite consistently communicating concerns and paying rent on time. They overcharge and tack on additional fees. Camryn Pickrell waited until my friend told her to get landscaping to his apartment complex within 30 days for her to finally attempt to reach out and fix the problem. They won’t even do the thing they’re hired for, which is property maintenance.
I have lived in a complex with IHREP for over a year. I had a few issues back to back when I first moved in, but they were quick to respond and get everything in order. I would rent from them again.
I would like to say Thank You once again for the timely response in resolving our maintenance request and eliminating the problems with the backdoor. Dustin always deliver excellent service in resolving and completing the repairs and request as well as being professional and explaining the process and next steps if any!!! This truly means more than you'll know!! Thank you again!!!!!
