I would like to commend Bishop on the great service he provided. He explained the nature of the issue, what needed to be done as well as the issue will be resolved. Once again, it is not often that you find maintenance that is pleasant and respectful with genuine ethics and not do a horrible job. . Thank you again!!!
The maintenance team always responds quickly! They do a great job of communicating and always fixing what needs repaired!
Wouldn't recommend them if you're a property owner looking for management, they'll recommend under listing , over charge fixes, and fail to find tenants at market rates unless tenants have prior evictions. Mother's house at there for months and were disrespectful and charged her for fixes and charged for canceling their contract when they never showed the property in 8 months more than twice. They even tried recommending her to sell under market value for a quick commission.
The maintenance team is always very helpful and timely about service requests. They try and problem solve before which is actually good because there’s been times when I was able to resolve the issue saving everyone time. The guys are really nice and communicate well and efficiently. Hate to have to put in maintenance requests, but they make it a smooth process!
