As a property owner, I have full confidence in the IHREPM team. They are quick to communicate, proactive, and truly take care of both the property and the tenants. With my first property management company, I felt like a small fish in a big pond and was often overlooked and taken advantage of. IHREPM has been the exact opposite—reliable, attentive, and professional. My only regret is not finding them sooner.
We had a leaking dishwasher, they came assessed the problem, realized the dishwasher could not be repaired. They purchased and installed a new dish machine promptly. Well done!
Management has went down hill badly. Don’t clean around property’s anymore (pull weeds, pick up trash and rarely cuts grass) they try to take the cheap way out on fixing things.
Thank you for removing the tree branch that fell and shook the entire house which was large enough to cause damage. I felt it was my responsibilities to report the incident in the event damage was done to the property.
