Like many others I am having payment issues that I've never had anywhere else before. I pay with a bank account and the receipt that comes back shows a different bank acct confirmation number, but bank statements show the exact payment amount went through with correct number. Worst management group I've ever used and by far the worst complex I have ever stayed in is owned by these awful people. A year of living here and I have had more problems and issue's with management than I can even count. The list is too long to describe everything but the short story is they don't fix it they ignore and ignore until it magically goes away or fires the staff that is doing the managing for them at the property. Worst property management company I have ever rented from. They add random charges to your rent without any notice. The third party that handles their renter's insurance is so hard to work with. I emailed them no less than 4 or 5 times to correct an issue on their end. When my policy with State Farm expired, instead of calling me or emailing me like any rational person would do, they instead threatened me that they would charge me via their own third party for renters insurance.
