Worst management group I've ever used and by far the worst complex I have ever stayed in is owned by these awful people. A year of living here and I have had more problems and issue's with management than I can even count. The list is too long to describe everything but the short story is they don't fix it they ignore and ignore until it magically goes away or fires the staff that is doing the managing for them at the property. Worst property management company I have ever rented from. They add random charges to your rent without any notice. The third party that handles their renter's insurance is so hard to work with. I emailed them no less than 4 or 5 times to correct an issue on their end. When my policy with State Farm expired, instead of calling me or emailing me like any rational person would do, they instead threatened me that they would charge me via their own third party for renters insurance. I live at their property called The Collective in Charlotte, NC. Please read the 27+ reviews on the fire alarm situation. It is so deeply disturbing and traumatizing to live here and for this to continue happening. Last night (September 14) the fire alarms blared from before midnight until ~6am. It is pure torture to be a resident here. No one was trying to fix the problem. I think the fire department has given up on us, too.
