Be careful who you work with as some of their agents are not great. Recently worked with Sidney W. At first, he was attentive but the moment CORE got paid, his demeanor changed. First, he asked us to complete the approval portion of the process that he was supposed to manage. When we arrived at the apartment for a walkthrough and he did not bother conducting the walkthrough. The apartment he rented to us was filthy, and not in good in the best move-in condition.

I've been working with this company for a while as an agent and have had a great experience with them. This is a very supportive environment and they encourage us to do whatever we need to do to help our clients, which is important. I read a couple of reviews a couple of others left where they reference names of people that aren't even associated with the firm so I wonder if they have mistaken it for another firm. My experience with CORE has been a great one!
