Would not recommend renting property managed by this company. We just moved out of one of their properties and they are charging us over $2500 for normal wear and tear issues, things that needed repaired during our tenancy due to normal wear and tear, and pre-existing conditions. If you do rent from them be sure you have a detailed pre-move in inspection report AND take pictures.
This company seems very attentive and alert. I would definitely do business with them!
Core has managed my property for 4 years. All repairs, tenant questions and concerns have been handled well. Their management allows me to truly remain hands off.
My father's stove hasn't worked in over a month. He put in three different requests to have it fixed. The company delivered a stove the delivery guy cut the electric cable for the plug. A new request was placed with photos of the damaged non working stove. One month later $550 plus payed out for dinner, lunch and breakfast and still no working stove.
