I’m very lucky I have an apartment manager and an owner that are very caring and compassionate men. I appreciate everything they do for me. They do things right away. Nothing ever gets put aside. They are really really great guys. I recently had a problem with my heater while it got fixed and it took them a lot to have to do it they really I’m sure how to replace everything but they did it because they knew I needed it and they’re right there for me. CORE Property Management Realty was everything I could've hoped for in a landlord. Maintenance requests were prompt, their service techs professional and their representatives as well as property managers (especially Chris Rischetti) made every process easier. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone considering renting one of their properties!
Super easy to communicate with everyone. Buildings and all areas are kept clean. All around so nice!
