Core property is the best yet! Always very caring about everything. Always good to work with someone that puts their whole heart into their work. Toni does that and more! I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else but her. Good at her job and to her it isn’t just a job it is her passion! Rent from her or have her renting out something for you and things are done in a timely manner and done right. Great company, great maintenance and beautiful homes. It doesn’t get any better than core property management!!

Toni goes the extra mile to make you feel like you are a valued tenant not just another rent check. I am currently renting through CORE and. they have been extremely helpful and flexible throughout the leasing process, as well as with any requests we enter! If we put in a maintenance request we always have someone at the house to evaluate the situation within a few days! I would recommend renting through CORE to any of my friends or family.
I contacted this company while stationed in HI and told her what I needed for my rental property and they did so much more than I expected. House was advertised all over and we had several renters without a gap in between. Took excellent care of my rental property.
