Core Projects are an awful company and I advise anyone considering buying land with them to reconsider. We bought untitled land with 'confirmation' it would title in six months- that was 4.5yrs ago. We've been totally been left in the dark regarding it's progress and lost thousands of dollars in building contracts. Core does not respond to emails or phone calls. Worst decision we ever made.
