They providing full of information about land and estate
** STAY AWAY ** Purchased land in Jan 2022 with a Q3 2022 settlement. Settlement has been pushed countless times that its not some time in Q2 2024 (apparantly). Unable to exit contract when when wanting to move overseas. They are now offering large discounts on new lots so it makes saly by nomination impossible. Keep being told to email for cancellation as our case seems totally fine for cancelaltion, only to have a NO reply within 60 seconds. What other industry can delay more than 2 years and not own any liability?
