Connected with Dr. Jess at a workshop sponsored by Ritual Yoga (best yoga studio in the universe). Workshop was great and Dr Jess hung around after to answer a bunch of questions, which ultimately led to scheduling of evaluation. Overall experience with Core was top notch - Dr. Jess is amazing and supporting staff is incredibly responsive and capable. Highly recommend!

Core PT has helped me manage my chronic back/neck injury from being a nurse. I am able to stay active and exercise with the monthly maintenance program. I am grateful to Dina PT for her expertise and personalized plan to meet my needs in balancing the physical demands of my job and in helping me stay active outside of work.
