I met Dina at an injury screening at F45 SSB due to significant knee pain. In 15 short minutes with her, I knew she was incredibly knowledgeable in her craft and immediately trusted her. She gave me a couple exercises and within a matter of days I felt so thankful to be in less pain. I just finished a 10 session treatment with Jessica Danahy PT, DPT at CORE PTP. The goal was to make me injury resistant as I run, and to improve my running performance. To say the treatments were a success is a huge understatement: my body is more robust and in just these sessions I took a full minute off my 5k race results. I cannot speak highly enough about this group. I’ve been working with Jess and she is very knowledgeable especially being a runner. they have Pat, who also specializes in running and golf, who I will also be working with. You don’t get much more diverse than this group! And it's all smiles when you walk in and see Katelyn
