Very disappointed in the Customer Service I received at Core Physical Therapy in Fullerton.... I DO NOT recommend anyone using this facility!! Between their front desk people not being on top of things and getting paperwork done, to their office manager that had no interest in making a customer want to return or happy!! Unless you liked to be passed on from student to student to get through your workouts. Every student therapist, doctor, and assistant staff that has treated me has been AWEEESOME! All are extremely knowledgable and genuinely friendly. When you call or walk in, you are greeted with a warm welcome from the front office staff. I recommend this treatment center and almost feel that needing therapy was a blessing in disguise for I would have never been introduced to CORE. Thanks guys!
