I have been seeing doctor Tara for a while, and she is truly wonderful. She cares deeply about her patients is also incredibly smart and knowledgeable about how to fix aches and pains. I always leave feeling much better and happy. I highly recommend her!
I wanted to take my time before writing this review, and now that it’s Jan 24, I feel it’s the right moment. I had a pretty serious injury during a basketball game back in May — two torn ligaments and two fractured bones. I’ve been working with core performance centre for about 2 years now. When I first arrived I had serious back pain that was effecting my quality of life, since working with Chris and Tara I have not only been pain free but I have also regained athleticism that I thought was gone for good. Great place and better people would 100% recommend !
