Haven’t been there for physical therapy, but I did try to set an appointment. I spoke with someone there a week ago her name was very unique. She was amazing. But today when I tried to set an appointment. I was put on hold for about 5 minutes. Then someone picked up the phone and hung up on me. Core Performance in Irvine is a hidden gem. As soon as you walk in the door the atmosphere is upbeat and receptive. Having a doctor on site was key for me and Dr. Sillekens is extremely knowledgeable and caring. Julianna was very helpful and assisted me in my recovery exercises. All of the PT techs were very helpful and attentive. I was in a lot of pain when I first arrived and after just one visit, I felt relief. The staff at the Irvine location are well versed and skilled on many different physical therapy techniques to improve the clients health. Matthew is knowledgeable, respectful and professional and truly works for the clients health.
I highly recommend Core Performance, and specifically Dr. Landy Razafindrabe, who has done a great job helping treat my condition, and does so with a smile and friendly personality! I get a full treatment and exercises at every visit, and don't feel like I'm being rushed out the door.
