Amazing place! I came here after knee surgery, working to get back to sports, and I couldn’t have asked for better care. Huge thanks to my PT, Taylor, for the expert guidance and motivation throughout my recovery. Taylor, Matthew, and the whole team are kind, professional, and truly supportive. They go above and beyond to adapt each session to your specific, evolving needs. Highly recommend to anyone needing physical therapy!
Taylor is an excellent Doctor of Physical Therapy. I was assigned to him and I was impressed with his knowledge and his genuinely caring demeanor during my first visit when he was assessing my shoulder tendonitis. The assistant PT’s have done a great job modeling the exercises for me and making sure I’m doing them the right way.
I had my initial evaluation appointment with Matt at the Irvine location the day before yesterday. He thoroughly impressed me that he knows and understands what I need to do to my muscles to keep my lower back pain away. Streeeaaatch! He showed me 2 stretches that I have done only a few times for two days and my pain is already relieved and I can walk upright again instead of leaning forward like an old man. Love this PT facility in Irvine. I have needed PT 3 times over the last 7 years and have turned to Core Performance each time for help. The PT staff is top notch, extremely attentive and thorough. And the facility is well equipped and spotless.
