Core took over in January 2023. What a disaster
After being with them for quite awhile, I suddenly could reach no one in the office. My refill Jan 9th was rejected without comment. I found out today about the change of management, but still can't reach anyone to make an appointment. Guess I've been fired.
They changed the name from orthopedic center to core, I was told if I stayed I could keep the same dr. and to call on the 2nd of January to get my prescriptions renewed, 1 on the 4th, another on the 14th, my appointment was on the 19, they would not refill until I seen the dr. I was out of pain meds for to long. It just shows how much they care about their patients
