I was so lucky a friend recommended them to me. I originally moved from Europe and had them ship a lot of my belongings to USA. I probably would have moved with one travel bag only, but they saved me and helped me move large items that had emotional value for me. I used them a few times afterwards to send stuff from USA to my home country as gifts to my family.
