I come to this salon regularly. This time I wasn't very happy with the service. When I got home I noticed bubbles underneath my 2 of my nails. Also, the manicurist did not massage my hands with lotion. Instead she massaged my fingers with OIL for about 20 seconds even though I paid for a manicure which is supposed to come with a hand massage at the end. Very disappointed with quality of service and I believe it was the manager who did my nails this time. * Edit - one of my GEL nails chipped on the end 1 day after.

Horrible service, very rude. They did a horrible jobs with my eyebrows and upper lip wax. Do not come here.
If I could I would give this place a zero. Walk in on August 22nd and ask for a simple dip service. Went to sit down and the tech pull out a box of nails. I told her I do not want any nails so then she ask what about an overlay. I explained to her I don’t want any of these services because they were damaging my real nails. I went once when I lived up the street and now I make it my mission to make the trip over there. The customer service has been great everytime and so far Ben has given me the best pedicure yet! Tee is also so sweet. Prices and service can’t be beat
