I have been practicing pilates with Angela for many years in group lessons or private setting. Private lessons were designed to fulfill my personal needs and goals and I always looked forward to our once a week workouts. She is also one of the few Teachers I met that even during a group lesson is able to keep an eye on each of her students so to correct them, if needed, and help them maximise the benefits of the single exercise using appropriate modifications which are also meant to prevent injuries. I've been practicing yoga for many years, and Angela is one of the best yoga instructors I've ever had. She really listens to what her students need and has an uncanny way of making sure they get exactly what they want from each session.
