It was a decent visit for a quick care. I came in for throat issues and whoever saw me didn’t introduce themselves and never even looked in my throat. I went in during a pretty busy time in need of some routine labs. I explained what I needed and the team triaged me appropriately. They all worked really hard to ensure I had what I needed. I would absolutely go back if I was moderately ill.
I went in feeling absolutely miserable and tested positive for strep throat. After being diagnosed, I was told my antibiotic prescription would be sent to the pharmacy right away. I drove there immediately and waited over an hour in pain, sick, and exhausted only to find out nothing was ever sent. I tried calling the clinic multiple times and got no answer, no help, just a total runaround.
