Young did a great job on many occasions. Over a month ago I paid a deposit online, turned up for my appointment and Young never arrived. I left a card in the door . I received a voice message by a lady on a private number 3 days later saying he had a medical emergency and would contact me in about 10 days. Have never heard from them. I have called 30 or more times and left messages. I have since checked the property and all signage has been removed. How many people have paid deposits and how do we get it back

Not sure if he’s even still open.There has been zero contact from them regarding the place being locked up when I arrived for a confirmed prepaid appointment 3 weeks ago. I previously thought the place was very good.

Is this clinic still open? I booked, paid the deposit, got a confirmation but it was closed when I arrived. Does anyone know what has happened? Holidays or shut down? No one Has returned my calls.
