This has been. Terrible experience. It took them 5 days to ship my order and then they only shipped it 5 hours AFTER I called to say, if you haven’t shipped it don’t….because it won’t arrive on time. Three days after my deadline, I still haven’t received the product. Worst of all…I have continually emailed and called their customer service and they simply don’t reply…despite promising to do so. There re too many providers of this type of product to take the chance on this type of customer service. Be smart…order from Amazon!
I highly recommend Core Landscaping. I had wanted to try Core gravel foundations for a number of years. When I finally found them in Canada, I absolutely had to try. As a novice using this product, not only was it easy to use, the end product looks beautiful. The customer service is fantastic, any questions I had were answered quickly. Wow! A fantastic Canadian product and company. Ordered our CORE products and they arrived across country in a week. Directions were easy and as a result a new pathway through the garden appeared in one day. Absolutely thrilled.
