This place has got it
We were told our home would be completed about 6 months after they broke ground which did not happen nor did they ever provide an explanation as to why the delay. The home overall is great, maybe a step up from cookie cutter but after being here for about 4 months now we just had our 90-day and some items on our punch list (like a severely scratched soaker tub) was told they couldn’t do anything. We also have caulk missing around the outside windows and was told we have to wait until it’s warm before they can come out (mind ... read more
