Think twice if considering - this inspector disconnected dryer vent, then wrote on his report about potential issues. Took off furnace cover and did not put it back on, then put on his report that perfectly working furnace (as stated by post-inspection professional service who also had to repair cover) was past life expectancy. Also proposed new roof was needed due to moss, when only the gutters needed cleaning. You’d be better off having an upselling raccoon do the inspection.

HOME SELLERS BEWARE! This company came into my property and when finished, the place looked like it was ransacked. For starters, the door was left unlocked when they finished (so all day while I was at work). The sump pump cover was taken off and not put back together, the dishwasher was left nearly sideways, furniture was moved away from the wall and haphazardly placed back, decor was moved around and left wherever, like on the floor.
