We've been having Jon come out for going out on 5 or 6 years now, and will continue to do so until he retires! He is honest and hard-working and takes the time to explain what he's doing. 10 out of 10 every time.
John has been out twice now, once to fix my furnace and a second time to fix my AC unit. Both times he was able to diagnose the issue within minutes of looking at the units. He had the equipment in his truck to do a quick repair and got both units on both visits up and running again. Best of all John takes the time to recommend best practices with your equipment and leaves you with knowledge to do your own basic maintenance even after he's gone. Highly recommend him!
