Constant communication issues. Little to No medical information was given to guardians. Falls , seizures , car wrecks were not reported. Dr ordered physical therapy and AW overruled the dr and decided services were not needed. It appears this has gone from a cause to a business. There is little humanity here.
Inaccurate billing they owe me hundreds of dollars and refuse to release my records to my new provider. When contacted I am yelled at and hung up on. The worst part is the NP is actually really great.
I sought help for overwhelming anguish that had been building at my job. In order to protect my mental health, I filed for leave (FMLA). When I explained what was happening to Augusta Williams, she said she would not support this decision. She also commented that she could understand if I couldn’t work due to a broken arm. Very professional. Dr Augusta was very therapeutic and caring. She took care of my emotional help.
Worst healthcare experience I have had in my whole life. Dr. Augusta Williams with held my prescriptions for 5 days while ignoring my messages. After countless attempts to reach her- still nothing. She deliberately messed up my cycle of meds with no explanation or call back. When I finally got my script called in, she ordered the incorrect milligram and quantity.
