Hello. I have been going here for quite awhile now. I am so, so greatful for the help and guidance I have received here. This place is a safe place/space. The Core Health Program is amazing. There are many avenues for help. Going through this organization, I have hope, personal freedom, and a better sense of well being. As with any business, there will be some hiccups. I have been going to here for sometime and it's a really good plan to go to
I tried to schedule a first time appointment with them as I have been going through a lot. Alot off loss and anger. The day before my first appointment, I was told my insurance was inactive and they would be cancelling my appointment. I called my insurance and that was not correct. Core health sent me forms instead, to provide a sliding scale payment plan. I didn't fill that out because my insurance covers it. My son's counselor don't respond back to me his med prescriber that lives in Maryland refuses to respond to my texts regarding my son and my wife and I don't get any input on how our son is doing I recommend that if you need help mentally go somewhere else
