Absolutely sucked
Hello. I have been going here for quite awhile now. I am so, so greatful for the help and guidance I have received here. This place is a safe place/space. The Core Health Program is amazing. There are many avenues for help. Going through this organization, I have hope, personal freedom, and a better sense of well being. As with any business, there will be some hiccups. I have been going to here for sometime and it's a really good plan to go to
I tried to schedule a first time appointment with them as I have been going through a lot. Alot off loss and anger. The day before my first appointment, I was told my insurance was inactive and they would be cancelling my appointment. I called my insurance and that was not correct. Core health sent me forms instead, to provide a sliding scale payment plan. I didn't fill that out because my insurance covers it.
