Can't return phone calls or answer the phone calls. Once complain publicly they will say they can't treat you. They'll give you a felonious reason. But yeah.
I strongly recommend anyone looking for medicine related services look elsewhere. If you have no other options, I'd recommend at least don't see Katherine McKinnon. It was an overall bad experience. During my first appointment since giving them a second try, I was told upfront by her that she doesn't prescribe any 'controlled substances' including the anxiety medicine I had been taking for a couple years prior to having to change doctors due to insurance issues.
