I went into core health Centralia and filled out the stack of papers for my daughter to get an intake appointment. After doing so they called me and scheduled her intake appointment. The appointment has been canceled twice over the last almost two months a few days before the appointment each time. They said the intake person is out of the office. CORE health has been absolutely perfect. They have helped me immensely and gone above and beyond to make sure I get appointments on time. I would recommend them for SUD and for counseling services. They are friendly, and really work with you to get you help. Thank you to all the staff!
Don’t waste your time. I walked in trying to get help, all they did was give me a stack of papers with if bunch of questions. All they didn’t explain the process and set up an appointment just to push it back because I don’t have insurance. All they want is to bill insurance. They have no real interest in helping people. Find a better place if you need true help.
To many appointments they called to cancel most not until the morning of among other issues
