Core is closed down suddenly without our ability to contact them by phone or emails (all offline). They installed a large 119" x 65.5" window 2 years back. It appears it is slowly falling out and we need the issue corrected before the whole thing goes. We are willing to change the rating if you'll reply to handle the installation issue.

UPDATE: Rating changed to 3 stars CEO Paul Selle reached out after this review was posted to try and resolve our concerns. After coming out to inspect, it was found that a section of the roof was not installed properly and that the decking underneath was damaged. The following week they removed the roof, replaced the decking underneath and installed a new roof properly. Excellent services and quality. We are glad that the team managed to get everything in place and got our roof down shortly after the initial visit, taking advantages of a warm spell of the weather before the snow came down on us.
