I had a root canal done by this office, called them back because that tooth was bothering me. The first thing out of her mouth was that I would have to pay 300 dollars up front because I paid the 58 dollars a little late. I have two dental insurances that I pay premiums too plus out of pocket expense. I wish people would just be kind and caring instead of money money first. What happened to this kind pleasant Fargo community. I never felt so low and disrespected when she said this to me.
RecommendedI had my first root canal yesterday and like most people, this was not planned in my week, especially the week before Christmas! Dr. Cook and his assistant along with the receptionist made the experience feel like they were planning on me to come for days! They were educational and professional and made the not so good afternoon...not too bad! My favorite part was when I realized we were done, Dr. Cook thanked his assistant. Professional and grateful!

I had my first root canal done here a few weeks ago and it was as great of an experience as possible. Dr. Yost did the procedure and he was amazing - super thorough, professional, and really friendly. He was assisted by a sweetheart named Rachel who was so awesome. I would HIGHLY recommend this place for all of your root canal needs :)
wonderful staff and Dr.Peterson was great!made sure I was comfortable at all times which is a huge plus for root canals! Professional yet personable. love it!
I have had two root canals and an oral surgery (to save a tooth)in just over a year. I have been treated wonderfully from the front door , through the procedure and afterward . I have been cared for by all three of the doctors there. I highly recommend this Endodontic clinic to anyone in need of this service .
Not at all impressed with Dr. Peterson. He is rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. Worst experience ever.
Dr. Cook and his team were very friendly! I appreciated that they took the time to explain what needed to be fixed. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in the door! Can't beat that! Thank you for helping me, Dr. Cook!
