I did my first time full body Cryo. I was worried it would be expensive but it was very reasonable. I’m excited to go back soon. I feel very refreshed and I’ve had a lot of energy all day.

I was fortunate enough to try out the full body Cryo chamber & get spot treatments on a Baker’s cyst & tennis elbow. The full body cryo was amazing. I chose a song and danced through 2 minutes. I had tried cryo at a gym before. This was much more advanced & effective. The spot treatments really helped a few of my problem areas. Especially, my baker’s cyst. I felt so comfortable and the owner is extremely knowledgeable about the equipment and benefits of cryotherapy. Absolutely blown away with my first experience!
