RecommendedSecond appt today, had the Joola Light Therapy for 14 minutes, totally unique and very calming, followed by 3 minutes of Cryotherapy. Temp was about -180, time went fast, cold was manageable, body felt supercharged. Already book another appointment for next week. Slowing moving temps down toward that -230 number. Love this place. Want to live longer, healthier, vist Core Elite ASAP.
A great 1st time experience. I had injured my quads and was looking to try something new. They have a lot of treatment options to try. Definitely want to go back and try the other treatments they offer.
I ADORE this place! It is beautiful, clean & the staff is cool and knowledgeable! They are very accommodating to covid as everything is one time use & they are careful about patrons touching things. This place is amazing! It is truly revolutionary to the health and fitness industry. Victoria and Scott were so helpful and knowledgable about the different equipment and services they have to offer. I had my first cryotherapy session and it was wonderful! I am interested in other services as well and will definite go back!

Outstanding new facility. Staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. After two weeks of cryotherapy sessions my chronic back pain has diminished significantly. So glad this wellness studio opened in Solon. Thanks Victoria.

Victoria and her staff are so kind. The facility is spotless and beautiful. I have used the Cryo chamber twice and have experienced a wonderful reduction in the aches and pains of exercise and arthritis. I have had several targeted Cryo treatment for lower back pain and foot pain--the treatment has removed the pain and increased my range of motion in my back. I love the warm and gentle beach feel of the red light therapy!
