A bad clinic. The dentists there do not really care about you and are not skilled enough at their job, especially if you are of foreign origin. They won't give you consideration as if you were a rat 🐀! Seven weeks ago, I had a molar treated by a female dentist of Indian origin for $462, and after a week the pain came back worse than before! Dentist offices are a dime a dozen downtown, but Core is different - when I was experiencing an emergency dental issue, the team at Core was able to get me from a phone call to the dental chair in 20 minutes. Drs Mun and Colville are both the nicest people, and are sure to explain what they're doing in a way you can understand. They also put a great deal of focus on patient comfort alongside their hygienists & assistants - I've had root canals performed before, but this was by far the most painless. The treatment itself was satisfactory, however my insurance was pre authorized when I had not even booked an appointment and was only inquiring. The charges for cleaning were not clearly explained. What should have been a straightforward cleaning turned into two separate appointments, which felt unnecessary.
