I had been wanting to start therapy for awhile and finally pushed myself to do so, and I feel so fortunate to have found Core Counseling. I have been working with Abby for a few months now and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. She's made me feel heard, welcomed, and just overall supported. So I’ve had about 13 sessions with Abby, she’s amazing. She’s incredibly talented as a therapist. She’s makes the room feel safe, doesn’t force conversations that you may not want to have at the moment. It feels more than a job to her, it feels like she truly cares about her patients getting better and having a safe space to feel heard and seen. I plan to continue working with her and core. I truly look forward to our meetings. I’d recommend anyone looking into mental health betterment look here.

I was initially on the fence about therapy, not sure if it was something I truly needed..
