So I’ve had about 13 sessions with Abby, she’s amazing. She’s incredibly talented as a therapist. She’s makes the room feel safe, doesn’t force conversations that you may not want to have at the moment. It feels more than a job to her, it feels like she truly cares about her patients getting better and having a safe space to feel heard and seen. I plan to continue working with her and core. I truly look forward to our meetings. I’d recommend anyone looking into mental health betterment look here.
Core Counseling is such an incredible place and the work they do is very beneficial. They have created a welcoming and accepting therapy experience for all, which makes it a truly unique place. I have taken 2 therapy sessions with Core Counseling so far and will definitely be back again! 100/10💗💗
I was initially on the fence about therapy, not sure if it was something I truly needed..
