Last week I closed on my home at Gentile Station, whose homeowner association Core Community Management manages. During my review of the closing documents, I found that the reinvestment fee was not $250, but instead $750. Confused by this 200% increase over what I had expected I reached out to you, and your company. Absolutely unprofessional.A nightmare to work with. This is the worst company I have ever worked with. Most of the other owners at our HOA are fighting the original board to get Core out. There are plenty of good management companies out there. Core is not one if them. Run!
What I love about Marc and Core management the most is how professional they are and how personable and attentive Marc is. I have worked with CORE for a number of years as a vendor. They have been great to work with and always seem to be looking out for the best interests of the properties they manage as they work to improve those communities. Marc and Tomi are a great team!
When I first moved into my current home the property was in complete disarray. When we brought Core on board our property finally started to turn around. There is more to do but the difference is noticeable. It has brought our property values up. As a member of the HOA board for several years I am very thankful for the work Core has done for our property. Also, as an owner of a plumbing company I have worked with many property management companies over the years but Core is far and away the best.
