I had a great experience over the last year with my property on Douglas street. I had a few problems with the apartment but maintenance is extremely responsive and got to my place in one hour during an emergency. I’m planning on renting again through this property, Kaylee and Skylee have been great.
I rented 3 separate properties through this management company and had no complaints at all. They rented to me in a time that I was very desperate and I will forever be grateful. Their properties are mostly smaller communities which I prefer, rent is very reasonable, and the people working for Core Communities are usually very responsive. I almost always got my full deposit back in all 3 places and I've referred a lot of people to this rental company! Oh and almost all of their places are pet friendly as well!!
Braelyn was awesome with the process and it was easy. I stayed at the Bigelow. Pro everything is super close , it was a good space to live in. Con parking isn’t ideal you will get a few tickets if you don’t move ur car after two hours, plumbing wasn’t the best but they were able to help and manage the problem. I do recommend though if you’re on a budget and want the city life.
Update: I lived in the same property for over three years and right before my three year mark they sold it. I stayed because I could afford it but their management of it never improved and the actual person in their office managing it switched multiple times so I can’t imagine they’re that great to work for either. They also offered people rewards for writing positive google reviews so beware of any positive reviews. I know the housing market is rough but wanted you to be warned.
