I have nothing but great things to say about Bigelow Chapman Apartments & Core Communities & Investments Inc. 1. Management is very friendly and kind. 2. If there's a problem it is handled in a timely professional manner. 3. The Furnishings in my apartment were updated and to my liking. 4. It is conveniently close if you work downtown, and the trax station is two blocks down the street from some of the properties. 5. When things do need fixing maintenance is on it. Thanks Braelyn M

I have been living at the Parkview Lofts location for about a year and a half. Before Core Communities came in, we had tons of issues with the management. After Core Communities came in, my wife and I decided to stay another year. All the issues we had, were fixed. I will have to say it wouldn't be possible without the amazing maintaince guys who i unfortunately have not exchanged names with, but everytime i have an issue and he comes he is always welcoming and very helpful. Makaylee Pullin was extremely helpful and made the process so smooth and easy. Always responded immediately and was very flexible with my needs. No confusion or waiting, got my lease and my keys very fast. She’s great! Thank you!
