I lived in pineview Mobile home Park owned by core communities and Brian Benson for 7 years I never missed one rent payment and still got evicted after I got evicted they stole my house. I never got any prior notice for court. I had many people looking at my house and they gladly took $25 from each one but never accepting any of them I was evicted in October and paid rent till now which is May and I just found out that they took over the title to my house in April!!! The manager was amazing and so helpful, the most affordable places to live in the area lucky to have such an affordable and amazing option.
