Not real good at keeping the property or the mobile homes in good condition almost unsightly in some spots sad cause it is a nice place to live
This company has tried to overcharge us not once, but twice. We bought a trailer from them and within 3 days, the water heater went out. They said they'd split it with us. We paid our half, then they tried to say that we were $100 short. I forwarded the screenshot of agreed upon price and the proof of payment to them. He just said it was a mistake. NOW, we are being told that we are late on our rent, when we paid 6 MONTHS UPFRONT in October. KEEP RECORDS WHEN PAYING THIS COMPANY OR THEY WILL TRY TO SCREW YOU.
I was very happy with the treatment I received from management. Wonderful people to work with. They were very fair and honest.
