Core Centrics is simply amazing. I can not say enough about what Michelle and Sandi have help me accomplish. Through two pregnancies, to getting my body back. To not be able to workout for two years. Their knowledge, their ability to help change things when you have an injury or something not feeling quite right. I feel stronger than I have since I was an athlete in high school. Their individual attention to each client is what makes core centrics stand out above all the rest.

Core workouts have kept me committed to showing up and reshaping not only my body but what I put into it. The small classes assure me that my trainer will be watching form so I don't wreck my self trying to stay fit! Core Centric helps propel me along Mt Rainer...always reaching new heights!
