My husband and I considered and toured many properties in the Boise/Eagle ID area, all new construction. Our decision on purchasing a Core Home was an easy decision. My walk thru of the new home, prior to signing closing documents, met all my expectations. Coincidently the owner of the company, Travis, conducted the walk thru because his site superintendent was away on vacation.
