Purchasing a Core home from out of state could have been stressful, but we are thrilled with our decision. As this is our third new construction home, we have high standards, and Core truly sets itself apart with superior quality and elevated finishes. Beyond the home itself, our experience with Craig, our customer care representative, has been outstanding. He has been fantastic to work with, acting as a proactive liaison with vendors and coordinating all necessary repairs seamlessly
We purchased a new Core home in November 2024, and we could not be happier with the quality of construction and finishes, and most importantly the customer service. We just completed our one year warranty punch list, and all the minor issues were repaired or replaced seamlessly without question.
