I absolutely love the Core at Sycamore Highlands! The office team is extremely helpful and always quick to assist with any needs I may have. Brittany, Karrine, and Jules have made visits to the office so stress free and honestly enjoyable. I’d also like to mention Ruben and Rigo for their quick responses with any maintenance requests I’ve put in. I cannot stress enough how enjoyable the team has made living here!
Karrine and Brittany are amazing and very helpful. Whenever I have a concern and/or need, they are always willing to assist. All of my maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone who asks to apply and join the community.
Living at The Core at Sycamore Highlands for the past 3 years has been a great experience thanks to the amazing staff. Brittany, the property manager, is always cheerful, kind, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Karrine is an all-star—always smiling, super personable, and ready to help with anything you need. And then there’s Ruben. Great guy with the coolest personality. He’s even formed his own bond with my dog—she goes absolutely crazy whenever she sees him. I appreciate Karrine's helpfulness each time I had any concerns. She would listen attentively and resolve them. That's what you want whenever you have a situation. You don't want to hear excuses. You want results so I appreciate her candor & politeness. It's the little things that count.
Brittany Brittany Brittany Spears! So happy she has stayed here to be with us! Such a sweet young lady who is always willing to help me with any peoblems big or small she is a great communicator simce she has become manager she sends me emails for happy holiday or to remind us of apartment rules very good communicating , thank you brittany spears!!!
