Ruben and Rigo helped fix my light and I had a great experience. They were on time, very friendly, and worked efficiently. Since I had just moved in, I wasn’t sure which lights needed to be fixed, but they helped identify the issue and even went back to get the correct bulbs. They made sure everything was working before they left. Thank you for the excellent service!
Karrine is amazing and very helpful. Great customer service. If I needed an apartment, I would definitely consider living here. The complex is always clean and quiet when I visit.

I absolutely love the Core at Sycamore Highlands! The office team is extremely helpful and always quick to assist with any needs I may have. Brittany, Karrine, and Jules have made visits to the office so stress free and honestly enjoyable. I’d also like to mention Ruben and Rigo for their quick responses with any maintenance requests I’ve put in. I cannot stress enough how enjoyable the team has made living here!
Karrine and Brittany are amazing and very helpful. Whenever I have a concern and/or need, they are always willing to assist. All of my maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone who asks to apply and join the community.
