I have never had a Dr and staff care for my animals the way Dr. Merwin and Natalie cared for my loved ones! You will NOT find a MORE caring, compassionate and THOROUGH doctor- I know, I tried for years!! I went to every vet in the area (from minot. To Stanley to newtown) to get help with my dog. No one took the time to find out what was really wrong-just have meds to cover the effects. Dr Merwin took the time, gave the effort and compassion to find out the cause. We brought a stray kitty in to your clinic last week. She was frost bitten and sick and hadn't eaten in a while. Everyone we called about seeing her turned us away and told us to call the pound. You guys made time for her and helped us save her. Today--just 7 days later; Lucky is healthier and happy! She is the sweetest, most cuddly little thing!She is an excellent addition to our family and we love her! She still has a ways to go; but she never would have made it without your help! Dr. Merwin and Staff are the best in Minot! When you have a pet that is terminal...it is great to have a vet who walks you through every step. How to make the quality of your pets life the best it can be. Manage the pain and symptoms. Then to help you when that heart wrenching day comes when you know you have to let go. That day for me with Memphis Belle, I was surrounded by the entire staff. They were all in tears. That moment, the compassion, I will never forget it!
