Core 83 is in a quiet part of Redmond but a close walk to downtown. Stylish. New. Clean. Anyone would like to live here. Assuming you're not just a negative person, who ruins everyone's fun all the time.
One of the finance ladies, Julie, made my grandmother cry. Not cool. Redmond used to be a family friendly town.
I lived in a one-bedroom apartment here for a year and absolutely loved it! The location was great, and the community felt very safe and welcoming. I only moved out because I was in an income-restricted unit, and my rent increased by $399. I also decided to move to a quieter area that would be better for my dog, also having a nearby fenced area for my dog to run. At Core, I'd take him to the nearby elementary school, but kept him on a 30ft leash. My dog doesn't go in the car so unfortunately nowhere close for him to run free... read more
Very good place to live with the family
Great and well-priced place to live with good amenities. Very practical location in Redmond. Julie, Lisa and Pedro go out of their way to make you feel welcome first then valued as a member of the Core83 community next. Not sure you could do better anywhere in the area.
