Core57 is great. They support serious strength training while at the same time providing accommodations for my bad knees.
This is not your typical gym. Love the support and mission of the Kolleen and staff. They all live the mission including strength, but also recovery and community. Best trainers, best clients and great fellow clients! I wouldn't go any where else.
Core57 is such a fun place to work out! The trainers are amazing! They offer a variety of classes that are fun and challenging! #bestrongbebetterbeyou
I mostly go to the downtown location but Milton has so many great options. The trampoline class on Saturdays is so great! Also, Milton offers a lot of recovery classes as well. You will love it!
