Challenging, fun workout in a great environment
Studio 3, Core 3's sister studio is an excellent boutique fitness studio that specializes in Lagree fitness and offers combination classes including row & TRX. Jessica Saputo is hands down my personal favorite when it comes to instructors. Her energy is contagious, her music selection is the very best, and her positivity radiates throughout her entire class. One of my favorite gyms in St Louis! I workouts are only 45 min so I push myself harder. Fantastic instructors, I never get bored.
Definitely recommend this place. Would love to go back again.
