My experience with Core 3 has been genuinely awful. The unit we rented from them has lost hot water over 7 times, electricity gone out 2 times, and as of recently there has been loud banging on our door that has repeatedly awoken us (me and my partner work night shifts so need to sleep during the day) and have led ta incessant anxiety in our day ta day lives here.
