Welcoming atmosphere, a good variety of equipment to use, there's a workout class for everyone, the personal trainers are helpful, and everything is really clean. The staff are polite and helpful.
Love this gym! I’m a 61 year old women and I feel totally comfortable here. I also go to Zumba classes and Alisha is fabulous! I highly recommend it!
