We had Cordray out to look at roof damage and repair the issue causing the leak. I specifically asked them to look at valleys which were pointed out in another estimate. I was assured they would remove tiles and investigate this area. After repairs and a significant rain event there was water leaking directly into my home and onto the floor for the first time. Ryan and all of the Cordray crew that replaced our roof, gutters, and downspouts from the hail and storm damage were amazing. Ryan made a point to be here when the insurance adjuster came to make sure that everything that needed to be done would be accounted for. Estimate was sent to us in a quick timeframe and was very reasonable. Ryan was so helpful through the whole process, which was very new to us with having to file an insurance claim. Had Cordray Roofing come out to replace my roof recently. There was separation of the rafters from the main ridge beam which was noted on the initial inspection/quote so no surprises there. Sam provided the quote and I agreed to move forward. Was given a time frame of when they would come out and they came out within the time frame. I requested since that I could not be there if they could provide before/after pictures of the rafter repair and they did!
