Everything about buying my second ever home was painless and flawless. Kyra worked above and beyond to get me the best deal possible and always gave me the keys to tour the home in the buildup to closing. Love my Ashton Woods Home and the Hayes floorplan. James the Super also addressed all my concerns prior to closing and is always very responsive to anything else I bring up. As for Velocio shoutout to Ana and co who got me closed in less than 30 days so I could be able to move out of my first home in time.
We had a very positive experience with Ashton Woods overall. The quality of the home and the construction process were impressive, and the team was professional throughout. James, the project manager for our house, truly went above and beyond. He spoke with my husband at least twice a week, consistently provided timely updates, and answered every question we had along the way. All I can say is JASPER, JASPER, JASPER! What exceptional customer service. Phenomenal personality and her smile is absolutely infectious. Hands down the best experience we’ve had while looking for our forever home. She was knowledgeable and full of informative information.
