I gave $7000.00 to owner Josh Cordova for floor work. He did not do work and told me that other company took his money. He refuses to pay me back and gave me all kind of excuses. He waste me a lot of time and money.
In short- I've had the same appointment rescheduled 3 times now and TWICE no one has showed up, and or even called to let me know they wouldn't be coming to try to reschedule. My experience with this business has been disruptive and inconveniencing and shows unprofessionalism, clear disorganization and honestly disrespect to me. I let the owner, Josh, of this business borrow $500.00 and he refuses to pay me back. He has ghosted me and refuses to communicate with me.
2nd time they’ve missed an appointment, and they can’t call to say they can’t make it, or answer the phone when I call to see what had happened. I’ve been with out an oven for a month now. Thank you.
